About

Manish hails from Darbhanga, a cultural city in the northern Indian state of Bihar. He has demonstrated exceptional academic prowess from a young age, excelling in his studies.

After completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vel Tech University in Chennai, India, he secured the Prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship to pursue his Masters in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Miskolc in Hungary, where he maintained an outstanding academic record, graduating with a GPA of (4.92/5) and earning his degree with distinction, showing his deep understanding of materials science and advanced manufacturing techniques.

Enriching experiences across various sectors and geographies have marked Manish’s professional journey. From his internships at Apollo Tyres in Hungary to his Erasmus internship in the United Kingdom at Jans Modular, he has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Technology Engineer at Apollo Tyres (Hungary), he was involved in new product development initiatives for the Premium Vredestein brand, showcasing his ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
Beyond his academic and professional achievements, he served as the International Student Representative for the University of Miskolc. He was an active member of the International Volunteering Team of Alumni Hungary, where he contributed to various community service initiatives.

In his free time, Manish enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring different cultures and languages. He is multilingual, with proficiency in Hindi, English, and Maithili, and knows Hungarian, French, Spanish, and Sanskrit, enabling him to effectively communicate and collaborate in diverse multicultural environments.

Manish’s journey is a testament to his unwavering dedication, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to excellence. With his impressive academic credentials and diverse professional experiences, he is poised to make significant contributions to the field of mechanical engineering and beyond.

Interests

Manish’s research interests are Mechanics, Architectured materials, Dynamic loadings, Bioinspiration and Additive manufacturing.

He also enjoys reading, cricket, listening to music, and exploring different cultures and languages.
