Ass. Prof. Rajesh Ramanathan

Associate Professor Ramanathan is a self-driven researcher with experience in materials science, nanotechnology, nanobiotechnology and sensor development. He is a proven team leader with the ability to methodically analyse complex diverse research data to advance knowledge. Recognised consistently for performance excellence; proficient in securing research funding; publishing research articles; mentoring HDRs and ECRs; and teaching courses – incorporating new digital tools to enhance student learning. He has experience in engaging with the media and the community with the ability to translate cutting-edge research into accessible and engaging materials for professional and public audiences.
