About

Sebastian is an applied physicist with interests in quantum optics and III-Vs. He did his integrated master’s at KTH, focusing on Quantum Technology at the master’s level. Sebastian has done an exchange at EPFL for one year, where he focused on Quantum optics and III-Vs. He did his master’s thesis in the cryogenic electronics group at IBM Research in Zurich, working with InP HEMTs.

Interests

His research interests are III-Vs, Cryogenic Electronics and Superconducting contacts.

Sebastian likes running and any story driven experiences such as books, movies or video games. Lately, he has also taken up dancing as a hobby.
