During the annual event in Bordeaux, I had the chance to connect with the other AUFRANDE fellows.

‘Bridging Minds: Australia-France Research Forum’, the first AUFRANDE project annual event in Australia, took place from 3 to 5 June 2025 in Melbourne, hosted by RMIT University and organised by RMIT Europe.

Widi Kurniawati delivered an inspiring presentation highlighting the crucial role of women in science and technology, on the occasion of the International Women in STEM Day.

AUFRANDE held its first annual event from 18 to 22 November 2024 at the École Centrale de Lyon in France. Doctoral candidates representing 16 different countries and their supervisors based at French and Australian universities had the opportunity to get to know each other for the first time in person as a group.
